Founded by Casey Armstrong, the agency combines deep industry expertise with a relationship-driven approach to sales, merchandising, and market development.
With more than 20 years of experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industry, Casey has held key sales and leadership positions with industry-leading organizations, including Amer Sports, where he helped drive the growth of iconic brands such as Arc'teryx and Salomon, and Luxottica, home to industry leaders Costa and Oakley. Throughout his career, he has successfully led strategic sales initiatives, developed new markets, and built lasting partnerships with specialty retailers across North America.
Today, 4 Point Sales represents a carefully curated portfolio of premium brands, including Norrøna, Dale of Norway, Bajío Sunglasses, DUER, 2UNDR, Parkit, YY Nation, Auclair, and Rossignol. Each brand reflects the agency's commitment to innovation, quality, and authentic connections within the outdoor industry.

With a background in bookkeeping and customer success, Kirsten ensures seamless backend support for our brands. Having grown up skiing and studying at App State in North Carolina, the outdoors has always been part of her life. Now based in Chattanooga, she assists with order management, service requests, and day-to-day operations to keep everything running smoothly.
